Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Zynella. However, if something is not right, we’re here to help within the scope of our policy.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

The wrong item, size, or color was delivered

The product does not match your confirmed custom specifications
All return requests must be submitted via email and must include clear images of the product and packaging for review.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The correct item was shipped in the right size, color, and custom finish as ordered, but the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product

The product has been used, installed, or is no longer in its original condition and packaging

The item was a custom-made or made-to-order product

The return request is made after the 10-day window
Return Shipping & Fees
If your return is approved:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any import/custom duties

A 15% restocking fee will apply

We recommend using a trackable courier and retaining proof of shipment
We do not provide return labels.
Zynella is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank may take 3–7 business days to post the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
